Custom apparel is priced in tiers rather than at a single rate, because setup costs — preparing the print file, setting up the press or sublimation run, matching colors — do not shrink with order size. Those fixed costs dominate small orders and disappear into large ones, which is why unit price falls as volume rises and why minimum order quantities exist at all.

Quoted pricing is held for 7 days, which is normally enough to get an approval through a committee, a club board or an athletic director.
Orders ship from production within 10–15 business days, with larger or more complex team orders at the upper end, plus transit — see the shipping policy for current delivery windows. Design approval and size collection happen before that, and they are the variable parts. Approval involves other people and is usually the slow step; sizing is fast but needs a hard deadline or it never closes.
If the date is tight, say so in the request. Rush production may be available depending on the schedule and rush fees apply, but the earlier it is raised the more likely it can be accommodated.
